Three ways to work with us, priced before we start.

Every project gets a written scope and a fixed price after a short discovery. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Half is due to start and half on completion. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting and paid services are listed separately, before you sign.

For online stores

One more fixed price, for stores that want a diagnosis before committing to monthly conversion work.

The CRO evaluation is $997, fixed: a diagnostic of your checkout from product page to post-purchase, delivered as a 20-page report, a prioritized action plan and a video walkthrough within 7 business days. It is paid on one invoice before the work starts, and the fee is refunded in full if the report does not give you at least 5 findings you had not already identified.

How payment works

Essential and MVP projects are paid in two halves: 50% to start, 50% on completion. Custom projects can be paid against milestones, agreed along with the scope.

If work has not started, the deposit is refunded in full. Once it has, refunds are prorated against the work completed.

We can usually start within one to two weeks of signing. The MVP runs 30 days from kickoff and carries a guarantee on the date: if we miss it, we keep working at no charge.

After launch

Every package includes a period of support after launch: two weeks for Essential, 30 days for the MVP, and as agreed for Custom work.

After that, a maintenance plan from $500 a month covers updates, security patches, backups and priority help. Or take it in-house with the documentation we leave you. Either is fine.

Questions

Why fixed prices?
With hourly billing, slow work costs you more and so do your questions. A fixed price after a short discovery means you know the number before we start, and any change in scope is agreed with you before it is billed.
Are there other costs?
Only third-party ones: a domain, hosting, and any paid apps or services your project needs. We list them before you sign.
What are the payment terms?
Half to start, half on completion, for Essential and MVP. Custom projects can be paid against milestones; we agree the schedule along with the scope.
Can I start small and add to it later?
Yes. An Essential site can become the front door of an app, and an MVP can grow a second phase. We build the first piece so it can be kept and extended.
What if my project does not fit a package?
Then it is a Custom project. Send what you know and we will reply with a written scope and a quote, or with the questions we need answered first.
What about maintenance?
Every package includes support after launch: two weeks for Essential, 30 days for the MVP. After that, maintenance plans start at $500 a month and cover updates, security patches, backups and priority help.
What is the refund policy?

How soon can you start?
