The brief
Most golf courses run on a patchwork: one system for the tee sheet, another for memberships, a point of sale that talks to neither, and spreadsheets to fill the gaps. Lemon is meant to replace it. We built it inside our venture studio, not for a client.
What we did
Lemon brings tee times, memberships, point of sale and daily operations into a single system that course staff can learn in an afternoon. We designed it with people who run courses, and we ship to it every week.
Because it is our own product, it is also where we test the way we work: the same design, engineering and go-to-market team that serves clients runs Lemon end to end.
The result
Lemon is live with courses today.
